With its golden hull and 48.50 metres in length, the megayacht, Kalilah, does not go unobserved. We spotted it at the Marina Molo Vecchio in Genoa a few days ago. Built in 2015 by Palmer Johnson, Kalilah can hold up to 11 passengers in five cabins, in addition to 9 crew members. Reaching a maximum speed of 26 knots, it has an autonomy of 3,600 miles. It’s hull is in carbon fibre.

Its elegant exterior combines an essential superstructure with audacious lines and a high-tech arc that penetrates the waves. Its 10.8-metre beam offers comfortable cruising with optimal fuel consumption even at speed. The aft deck extends over 110 square metres and there are nearly 12 metres between the transom and the door to the living area. A feeling of space that continues inside, with large windows offering ocean views at every turn.

Kalilah was built by Palmer Johnson as the first in its SuperSport series. Its launch announced a new generation of displacement yacht, characterised by the combination of dynamic lines and a revolutionary hull. Khalilah can reach maximum speeds of 26 knots and travel comfortably at 18 knots.

Over the last few years, the Khalilah has been seen a number of times in the Mediterranean, also used as a charter. It is now for sale through SuperYachtsMonaco. The mother ship is being sold with a personalised 7-metre gold tender and a number of water toys including a jetpack, hoverboard, wakeboard, jet ski, kayak, paddle board and inflatables. The asking price for the Khalilah is 28.5 million euros. The agency also accepts payments in cryptocurrency.
