Monaco Yacht Show: the 10 big yachts on display

During the Monaco Yacht Show four sailing yachts by Nautor’s SWAN, Southern Wind and Sunreef, will have their world première

Ten big sailing yachts will be presented at the Monaco Yacht Show, the yearly international boat show dedicated to superyachts, which will take place this year from 28 September to 1 October in Monaco. The Monaco Yacht Show will be showcasing multi-award winning sailing yachts, classic schooners and high performance and modern sailing vessels.

Among the 10 units on display in the sailing yacht area (internal area of the Quai l’Hirondelle) in Port Hercule, there will be four world premièresClubSwan 80 (27.7m) and Swan 98 (31.05m) by Finish shipyard Nautor’s SwanSorvind (34.59m) by builder, Southern Wind and the ecological sailing catamaran, Sunreef 80 Eco (24m) by Sunreef.

Here is the list of the 10 big sailing yachts on display at the Monaco Yacht Show and their builders:

  • State of Grace, Perini Navi
  • Swan 98, Nautor’s Swan
  • Twizzle, Royal Huisman

The Monaco Yacht Show, which opened in 1991 and is organised under the patronage of Prince Albert II of Monaco, is one of the most famous shows in the world especially known for the impressive length of the megayachts presented, some even reaching over 100 metres. Among the over 100 units on display, over 40 new models are presented as world premières each year.

This year’s Monaco Yacht Show will see the presence of over 450 businesses, representing the excellence and innovation in the yachting industry: builders, designers, naval architects, yacht and service suppliers, tender manufacturers, nautical gadgets and equipment and shipyards specialised in sail boats, including Baltic Yachts, Doyle Sails, Malcolm McKeon Yacht Design, Nautor’s Swan, North Sails, Southern Spars and Southern Wind.
