Luxury boating like you have never seen it before: the Dubai International Boat Show

From 1 to 5 March, the 29th iteration of the Dubai International Boat Show will take place. The largest and most prestigious boat show in the Middle East is prepared to welcome over 30,000 visitors from all over the world.

The 29th  Dubai International Boat Show is open. The largest and most prestigious boat show in the Middle East, running from 1 to 5 March, is prepared to welcome over 30,000 visitors in the Dubai Harbour, located along the city’s seafront. In this splendid location visitors will find the highest quality products, starting with large scale vessels. Indeed the megayacht sector has a large following in this area. In the Middle East alone, over 12% of all super yachts in the world can be found.

THE YACHT CAPITAL

With over 400 brands present, the Dubai International Boat Show offers the highest business standards in boating, presenting a number of world premières. To give you an idea of the importance of this show, the estimated value of the boats on display is around 408 million dollars. These jaw dropping numbers make for a breath taking event.

Visitors will be able to explore different areas of the show, including Super Yacht Avenue, which is home to some of the most important shipyards building yachts and superyachts like Feadship and Gulf Craft, who will be displaying their new Majesty 111. For sports enthusiasts instead, there are entire areas dedicated to aquatic activities, like for example a diving pool. Also participating in the event are equipment manufacturers and suppliers of accessories.

ITALIAN EXHIBITORS IN DUBAI

This very important event was not to be missed by some of the most famous Italian shipyards including  AzimutBenettiFerrettiSanlorenzoAbsolute Yachts and Cranchi Yachts, in addition to other Italian businesses offering services and accessories, including Marina di LoanoMagicotex and the Ligurian company, Razeto&Casareto.

ELEVATING HUMAN POTENTIAL THROUGH YACHTING

The Dubai International Boat Show is also a chance to discuss challenges to the yachting industry. For the environment is the show  “Sustainable, Environmental Action“, during which will be presented a program of initiatives for promoting sustainability in our oceans, combining creativity and a love for the water.

March 2 and 3 also sees the return of the Experiential Yachting Forum, made up of some of the key players in the boating industry alongside governmental bodies that will meet to discuss the future of the boating industry. The mission of this second edition of the Experiential Yachting Forum will be to find an innovative way to elevate human potential through yachting.
