Riva launches the M/Y “Fifty” and keeps the world dreaming

Created to offer sublime navigation, Riva M/Y “Fifty” is proof that Italians know how to create and build masterpieces like nobody else

Fifty” is the name of the magnificent new 50 metre M/Y which was just privately launched from the Ancona site by Riva, prestigious and exclusive brand belonging to the Ferretti Group.

A new flagship for the brand’s fleet, created to offer a sublime navigation experience, characterised by comfort, attention to detail, and an evolved vision of seafaring, all with values that 179 years ago made Riva a legend of the international boating industry.

Riva 50 is therefore ready to go out to sea and offer the world even more beauty, continuing to bring to life the great dreams had by Carlo Riva, who, pushed forward through ambition and the genius of going beyond the limits, building, in the 1960 and 70s, the famous steel M/Y series, the “Caravelle” and “Atlantic”.

The result of a partnership with Officina Italiana Design, a design studio founded by Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta (exclusively designing all Riva models), Riva’s new design team, and the Strategic Product Committee led by Piero Ferrari, the M/Y Fifty presents canons of style and aesthetics that are typical of the brand –  showcased in attention to detail, starting with the colour (a marvellous blue-tinted shark grey) and the exteriors, whose style and materials (mahogany, steel and crystal) express an incomparable elegance.
