Benetti Oasis 42M: the new flagship for the Oasis series

Benetti is expanding its vision of contemporary yachting with the presentation of the new Oasis 42M, a natural evolution in the series which has changed the way we view lifestyle on board. After its debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival, this 42-metre superyacht is preparing to set a new standard in the under-45 segment, with an experience that puts well-being, versatility and direct contact with the water at its heart.

The first model has already been sold and will be launched in 2027, underscoring the immediate interest the market has for this new interpretation of the Benetti lifestyle, a shipyard that has always been known as The House of Yachting.

A new dimension in the Oasis style

Each design choice for the Oasis 42M stems from a desire to bring passengers even closer to nature. Spaces have been expanded, made more fluid and permeable, while a sustainable engineering package has led to the yacht achieving a 3-star Sea Index rating, a significant result for this category.

The heart of the design is the evolution in the iconic Oasis Deck, making it even more beautiful The 8.3m2 pool, one of the biggest in this segment, opens out to a 100m2 lounge to the stern, creating a terrace over the water that gives the sensation of being in the ocean. The collapsible lateral wings further expand the space, making it a space without end, dedicated to relaxation, entertainment, or absolute quiet.

Continuing along the exterior is the 17.3-metre Sundeck, the biggest in the 40-45 metre category. Here, Benetti has created a fully customisable space: spa pool, bar, or panoramic room, all created to adapt to the owner’s lifestyle. To the bow is a dedicated lounge, providing another outdoor space, defining a trio of outdoor spaces that make the Oasis 42M the perfect platform to enjoy the sea.

Interiors that speak a new language

The interior design, curated by Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture, introduces a new aesthetic vision to the Oasis family. Natural and unusual materials like travertine, polished metals and textured surfaces that create a sophisticated yet relaxing atmosphere, close to contemporary Mediterranean living.

The Main Deck continues to flow harmoniously: a panoramic saloon, a dining area connected to the Oasis Deck, a professional kitchen and a surprising well-being area to the bow, which can be configured as a gym, spa or cinema, enhanced by a terrace that opens out over the water. The upper deck houses the 50m2 owner’s suite, a space created to be a private oasis overlooking the water, illuminated by large windows and with a 40m2 private terrace.

“With the Oasis 42M – explains Enrico Bonetti from Bonetti/Kozerski – we were able to evolve from the original vision that started with the Oasis 40M, working on a layout that is even more open, fluid and tactile, where each detail accompanies passengers to a deeper sensory experience.”

Exterior design by RWD

The exterior design was curated by RWD, who reinterpreted the distinctive traits of the Oasis series in a more mature and essential manner. Soft curves, sculpted surfaces and balanced proportions give this yacht a sleek look, inspired by contemporary automotive design and by nature.

Technology, performance, and sustainability

Innovation is also present below the surface. The Oasis 42M uses a data-driven engineering system that optimises consumption and emissions, while the Siemens E-Mode Hybrid option provides a more sustainable navigation without renouncing in speed and autonomy. The garage, ample and versatile, can store a 6.25-metre tender, jet ski and water toys, transforming the yacht into the perfect platform for any type of water adventure.
