Mussels with tomatoes

Ingredients:

 

1.5kg mussels

500g cherry tomatoes

3 cloves garlic

Peperoncino chilli pepper

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt

 

Method:

 

Clean the mussels and remove the beard. Sauté the finely chopped garlic with the chopped cherry tomatoes for about 5 minutes, then add the mussels and cover with a lid. Cook on medium heat. Stir every once in a while. Add a pinch of chilli pepper, a glass of water and a pinch of salt.

 

Once the mussels are all open they are ready. Serve hot with crusty bread.
