At the Monaco Yacht Show 2025 luxury meets the sea: 120 super yachts on display, 60 world premieres and the elegant atmosphere of Port Hercule
Going to the Monaco Yacht Show 2025 isn’t just walking in to any boat show; you step over the threshold into a parallel world, where luxury is not an abstract concept but takes physical shape through the sculpted design of a superyacht’s hull, or refined interiors using high end materials. Port Hercule, with is spectacular setting nestled between the water and buildings, seems to be made just for this event. Here the city and the show blend together into a single scenario: on the one hand the reflections of the yacht, on the other the balconies and elegant streets of the Principality. Walking along the piers, you almost get the feeling that Monaco itself has become an integral part of the staging.
Our video will take you into this unique scenario: from the entrance to the show, where you can touch the elegance, through to the port and lively piers, with yachts that appear to be works of floating art, and where the water becomes the stage for a global show.
A record fleet
This year the view is spectacular: 120 super yachts on display, half of which are world premieres. Next to them, around 60 luxury tenders, showing that the Monaco yacht Show is not just a showcase, but one of the most important international platforms for the boating industry.
The size of the vessels will leave the viewrs breathless: going from 24 metre yachts to giants of over 110 metres, proper floating villas that show how the industry is continuously pushing forward on its hunt for excellence. Last year, the value of the fleet on display was over 4.5 billion euros and we believe that this edition will establish a new record.
Innovation and sustainability
But the Monaco Yacht Show isn’t just sparkling luxury, because walking among the stands, another key element can be clearly seen: technological innovation. Hybrid and electric propulsion, intelligent energy management systems, eco-compatible materials and hulls designed to reduce consumption and drag in the water.
An important part of this edition is the Blue Wake program, created in partnership with Water Revolution Foundation and supported by Siemens Energy. With the new Blue Wake Awards, the Monaco Yacht Show is rewarding shipyards, suppliers and yachts that stand out for their efforts in environmental sustainability. It is a strong sign: the luxury of the future cannot overlook its responsibility to the oceans and ecosystems.
A show that is also an experience
Walking through around the piers, one of the most striking things is hearing the many different languages spoken, a large number of owners and brokers, but also the curious visitors who can see, up close, yachts that they can usually only see in magazines. It is an environment that unites business and show, deals and excitement.
Each superyacht on display is not just a vessel, bit a representation of lifestyle: sophisticated design, personalised spaces, solutions that combine extreme comfort and technology. There are also a number of themed areas throughout the event: the Design & Innovation Hub, with its visionary concepts, the Adventure Area, dedicated to water toys and accessories, through to the Sustainability Hub, the centre for new green solutions.
The heart of luxury boating in the world
The Monaco Yacht Show 2025 confirms yet again its role as world capital for yachting. For shipyards it is the most important runway of the year, for future owners a unique opportunity to see their dream vessels in person, and for those who just love the sea and boating, an experience that unites glamour and innovation in an unrivalled setting.
