An offshoot of Moon 60 Sail, the new catamaran, Moon 60 Power by Polish shipyard Moon Yachts, was presented in London by S6 Marine, the reseller for the brand in England and Ireland.

We are very happy – noted Matt Abbiss, founder and CEO of S6 Marine – of the response to this international launch. All the guests were very impressed by the design and layout of the new Moon 60 Power, with its luxury and interesting price for a yacht of this size. The shipyard builds vessels of the highest standards, that can be completely customised depending on the owner’s needs, whether they want to travel around the world, or stay close to home with the family, or even for those interested in the charter business.”

“A LUXURY CATAMARAN AT AN EXCELLENT PRICE”

Designed for maximum comfort and performance, the Moon 60 Power keeps the style of the previous version, with a few small, but substantial, modifications. The design of the two hulls makes the catamaran safe to sail even in the ocean, guaranteeing stability as well as space below deck, while its reduced draught allows it to sail in shallower water.

The use of teak to cover the gunwales gives it further timeless elegance, and the elongated design of the superstructure increases the quality of the interior spaces. These include, in the standard version, an owner’s cabin, VIP cabin and two guest cabins, as well as quarters for the crew in one of the two hulls.

Other features of the Moon 60 Power (like the other models built by the Gdańsk-based shipyard) is the large sun lounge, the largest available in this category, made possible thanks to the original construction of the superstructure, which seamlessly connects the main deck with the saloon.

We are truly enthusiastic about this model – concludes Abbiss – which represents an excellent opportunity for anyone wanting a luxury catamaran at an excellent price, without having to wait for three years before stepping on board. I can’t wait to see the range grow with new models.”
